These programmes are:

WEALTH MANAGEMENT PROGRAMME to include:

  • At least one full client review meeting per annum with your personal financial adviser providing the following services as appropriate:

A review of your concerns: to deal with matters that you believe need attention

A strategic review: to update any changes needed to your financial strategy

Investment review: of the previous 12 months performance

Investment action plan: to make any changes needed to the investment strategy

A debt review: to aim to ensure that you are paying a competitive rate of interest

Pensions update: to review any opportunities or mitigate the effects of changes in legislation

Insurance review: to check levels of cover and suitability of policies

Estate planning review: to aim to ensure that your estate planning strategies are effective

The "remove the hassle" service: sorting through and clarifying any paperwork received that you do not understand

Professional update: providing your relevant professional advisers with updates

  • Telephone and email access to your personal financial adviser during office hours
  • Ongoing maintenance of our client file and full administration support
  • Online access to valuation of investment portfolio where possible
  • Portfolio valuations
  • Client newsletter

This level of service is normally subject to a fee based on the value of  funds under advice.

ANNUAL REVIEW PROGRAMME to include:

  • One annual client review with your personal financial adviser providing the following services as appropriate:

A review of your concerns: to deal with matters that you believe need attention

A strategic review: to update on any changes needed to your financial strategy

Investment review: of the previous 12 months performance

Investment action plan: to make any changes needed to the investment strategy

  • Telephone and email access to your personal financial adviser during office hours
  • Ongoing maintenance of our client file and routine administration support

This level of service is also normally subject to a fee based on the value of funds under advice.

Any additional work will be charged at our fee rates applicable at the time. Please see the “Information about the cost of our services” for further details.

TRANSACTIONAL PROGRAMME to provide when requested:

  • A qualified adviser to deal with your requirements.
  • Ongoing storage of our client file.
  • No regular contact from us however we will be available if required
