What can you expect as a New Client of Simpsons
Meeting 1
“New Client Introduction” This is a brief initial meeting offered without charge. The purpose of the meeting is to identify any areas of your financial planning that you need help with. We will then explain if and how we believe we can help you plan for your financial future. We will also explain how we will work on your behalf and how we charge for our services. By the end of the meeting you should have sufficient information to decide whether you want to employ us as your financial advisers in the future. This meeting should normally take in the region of half an hour.
Meeting 2
“Client Financial Analysis” This is designed to enable us to obtain full details of your existing financial situation. We will also discuss the level of investment risk that you are prepared to take and also discuss your plans for the future and other requirements. Ideally you should provide us with a list of their existing investments and other financial plans etc at this stage.
Meeting 3
“Recommendations and strategy” This is where we report back to you with our recommendations. This meeting will be used to agree on a strategy after we have given you our advice for any changes that may be necessary to your existing arrangements.
Meeting 4
“Implementation” If you decide to proceed as we have recommended, this is the meeting where we complete the relevant documents needed to implement the agreed strategy.
Ongoing:
“The Future” This is a further meeting where we will explain and help you to decide which of our ongoing Client Service Propositions is most suitable for your requirements. This can be incorporated within the Implementation Meeting.
